Cooperation proposal
2000 tons of milk is being cultivated within one year. We produce cheese and butter. We wish to
enlarge our production up to 7000 tons within one year. In 2013, the company obtained 100% of
shares of Vardenis S****ars Coop.
Vardenis S****ars Coop is the former beer company, the area of which is 20.000square km. and
the area of buildings is about 3000 square meter. We expect corporation as a result of which the
building will be repaired and will fit the cheese production,, and will be equipped with dairy
devices.
The budget of the project is1.000.000 euros, 200.000 euro will be devoted to the reconstruction
of the building, 300.000 euros will be devoted to the equipments and 500.000 euros for current
assets (milk purchasing).
Innovative aspects and/or main advantages of the proposal
Ecologically clean and safe food. One of the advantages is offering natural and alpine milk.
