Lucy Haynes -CBI East MidlandsLucy Haynes：Director，member relations and London

Lucy Haynes was appointed Director，Member Relations and London in July 2014. A position which involves running the member relationship function for all CBI members in the South East regions and representing the London business community on key policy issues.

Between June 2010 and July 2014，Lucy was Director for CBI East Midlands. Her role involved running the member relationship function for all CBI members based in the East Midlands. Before this，Lucy was assistant director for CBI London – a role she took up in August 2***

Prior to joining the CBI，Lucy spent three years as project manager at London First and three years at the PPA - the trade association for the magazine industry - as marketing executive，and Nissho Iwai Corporation based in London.

She is a member of the CBI Management Board.

James FothergillJames Fothergill：London director

James is London Account Director of the CBI，and is responsible for running the member relationship function for all CBI members based in London.

James joined the CBI in 2002，since when he has been a policy head of group leading the CBI’s campaign on education and skills，as well as campaigns for reform of the UK’s public services.

He previously lobbied on employee relations law，trade union reform and diversity issues. James also oversaw the project management of the CBI’s website and CRM system.

Kasia AllanKasia Allan： Senior assistant director

Kasia’s portfolio focus is on retail and professional services (including legal，recruitment and consultancy) firms. She joined the London team in 2013 from the CBI’s corporate communications department，where she led on commercial relationships to support CBI projects，reports and policy events. Kasia previously worked for the RICS in Scotland and for a leading UK healthcare charity，where she was responsible for managing a number of national preventative health programmes alongside the Department of Health. Kasia holds a business finance and management degree from the Australian National University.

Natalie ConwayNatalie Bell： Assistant director

Natalie manages a diverse portfolio of CBI London members，the majority of which are mid-sized and small businesses. Natalie joined the team after 18 months as a policy adviser on corporate governance and reporting where she led on issues including audit market reform，narrative reporting and executive pay.  Natalie has previously worked in public affairs roles，and graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Politics.

Rebecca Clarke：Events Executive

Rebecca joined the CBI in November 2013 and manages the member focussed events for London，South East and Thames Valley regions. She oversees the organisation of roundtables and meetings with key government officials and business leaders，the London Council and annual dinners.

Prior to joining the CBI，Rebecca worked for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers on their flagship projects，Formula Student and Manufacturing Excellence. Rebecca graduated from Southampton University with a law degree.
