When we launched Johnson & Johnson Innovation - frst with Innovation Centers in California, Boston, London and Asia Pacifc - our aim was to contribute to the When I took the helm at a small biotechnology company, Tibotec, my goal was to develop a new molecular entity that would provide a breakthrough in combating multidrug-resistant forms of HIV.
