中国留学人员创业协会(简称中创协会)成立于2002年，现有成员约5000人，总部位于世界科技创新中心和圣地--美国加州硅谷，是专门从事科技创新创业交流活动的跨国度的海外高科技社团。

1) People who studied and worked in Western countries and moved back to China to work and live.

2) People who still work and live oversea but interested in job, business opportunities or conferences with

airfare allowances in China.

2. What services OCEPA provides?

1) Networks and connections with China: OCEPA works closely with China's Science and Technology Parks,

Technology and Business Incubators, government agencies and local governments, and venture capital firms

to create a network to promote exchanges on business ideas, tips, and information.

2) Advertising job openings in China to members.

3) Organize delegations to visit cities in China and attend conferences, meetings in China, such as the largest

group attended 2003 Ha Er Bin Oversea Chinese entrepreneur conference, call for 2004 Fu Jian conference.

This is a group dedicated to people who have studied and worked in Western countries and moved back to China  to work and live. The purpose is to provide network and support opportunities in and out China for business and academic exchanges. Also this might provide a unique forum for people who is planning to go back to China after some years outside China. We are also working closely with Science and Technology Parks, Technology and Business Incubators, government agencies and local governments, and venture capital firms to create a network to promote exchanges on business ideas, tips, and information.
