盐城沿海工业园是经江苏省人民政府和国家发改委批准的省级化工基地。园区西依中山河而建，拥有内河岸线12公里；北临黄海而立，拥有海岸线4公里；距滨海市中心38公里，距沿海高速入口30公里、距滨海港7.5公里。园区创建于2002年5月。近期规划面积20平方公里,现有各类化工企业100多家，涵盖生物化工、医药化工、新材料化工和盐化工等领域。园区远期控制面积50平方公里。向东与滨海港连成一线，重点发展精细化工、煤化工和石油化工， 产业方向及招商重点：做长氯碱产业链、做强特色产业园。
    Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone Coastal Industrial Park is a provincial base of chemical industry，which is authorized by Jiangsu Provincial Peoples Government and National Development and Reform Commission. Since situated at the west of the Zhongshan river and the north of the Huanghai sea, we have unique geographical conditions，such as 12 kms embankment line and 4 kms coastline. There are 38 kilometers from the zone to the city center of Binhai, and 30 kilometers to the coastal high-speed entrance, and 7.5 kilometers to the Binhai port.The park were established in May 2002.According to the short-term plan, we have exploited 20 square kilometers land, and more than 100 industries have been stationed, such as bio-chemical industry, medicine chemical industry, new materials and salt chemical industry.According to the long-term plan, 50 square kilometers land will be exploited to develop fine chemical, coal chemical and petrochemical industries.
