Electric Grade Single Crystal Silicon and Slices Project with Annual Production Volume of 750,000 Tons in Luanping County

项目基本情况。该项目是当前国家重点鼓励发展的产业、产品。单晶硅在日常生活中是电子计算机、自动控制系统等现代科学技术中不可缺少的基本材料。生产单晶硅又是一项工艺技术先进、高投入、高产出的项目，产品市场前景广阔。该项目建设年产单晶硅750吨，切片、抛光、磨片375万片生产厂一座。计划建厂房2万平方米，配套设施5.8万平方米（含宿舍及办公用房），生产及配套设施150万台套，采用国内外目前最先进的生产设备和较成熟的工艺技术，生产目前较为先进的单晶硅产品。项目总投资1.5亿美元。其中，固定资产投资1.3亿美元，流动资金0.2亿美元，全部由企业自筹。年销售收入3.3亿美元，年利税0.55亿美元，投资回收期为3.2年。
Fundamental Information of Project. The Project is a key industry and product advocated by our country. Single crystal silicon is indispensable and fundamental materials in such modern scientific technology as electronic computers and automatic control system. And, the production of single crystal silicon features advanced craft, high investment and output, which enjoys sound market future. In this Project, a factory that annually manufactures 750 tons of single crystal silicon and 3.75 million pieces of slices, polishings and abrasive films. According to plan, a workshop with an area of 20,000sqm, auxiliary facilities of 58,000sqm (including dorms and offices) and 1.5 million sets of production and auxiliary facilities shall be erected. With most advanced production facilities and relatively mature craft, we can now manufacture advanced single crystal silicon products. The Project enjoys a total investment of USD150million, among which fixed assets investment is USD130million and flow capital is USD20million. All of these shall be collected by enterprises themselves. The annual sales income is USD330million and the annual tax payment is USD55million. The investment shall be recovered with 3.2 years.
建设条件：项目拟选址在承德张百湾新兴产业示范区内，该区交通便利，紧邻国道112线，距滦平县城10公里、京承高速滦平出口23公里，到北京仅1个半小时车程；京通铁路和正在建设的张唐铁路经过园区，并在区内设有客货两用站；水资源充沛，滦河流经27公里，径流量19立方米/秒；浅层地下水即可实现园区近期供水，规模为10万吨/日的供水厂正在建设中；区内现有35KV、110KV、220KV变电站各一座，承德西500KV变电站和园区专用35KV变电站即将建成投入使用；天然气管道在区内建设中转站一座、门站五个；现有处理能力为2万吨/日的污水处理厂一座，并可提供中水回用，规划建设处理能力为16万吨/日的第二污水处理厂1座，一期6万吨/日工程已开工建设。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
