项目内容：项目拟选址在承德张百湾新兴产业示范区内，规划建设占地1000亩电子产业园，建设多层标准厂房及配套基础设施、公用设施等，引进开工一批贴片、注塑、模具、五金材料、平板电脑、电动工具、电动玩具及电动自行车、电动汽车等电子项目。
Project Plan: it is planned to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. According to plan, an electronic industrial park covering an area of 1000mu is to be built. Infrastructure and public facilities and multi-storey standard workshop are also to be built to introduce electronic projects focusing on paster, plastic injection, model, hardwares, tablet PCs, electronic tools, electronic toys and electronic bicycles and cars.
投资估算与资金来源：项目总投资1.5亿美元，资金全部为企业自筹。

Market Analysis: Electronic industry is one of newly-emerging strategic industries in China. The state governments support it in many fields, such as tax, financing and marketing. In order to seek more development spaces and expand market, the labor-intensive electronic industry in coastal regions of China speeds up their transfer from east to inland, which will provide us more and better opportunities for the development of our electronic industry. It is also a labor-intensive industry. However, Luanping County features rich sources of labor resources. So, we have sufficient human resources to develop electronic industry.
经济效益分析：项目建成投产后，预计年可实现销售收入1.2亿美元，实现利润0.38亿美元。
Economic Benefits Analysis: After being put into production, it is estimated to realize sales income of USD120million and profit of USD38million.
建设条件：项目拟选址在承德张百湾新兴产业示范区内，该区交通便利，紧邻国道112线，距滦平县城10公里、京承高速滦平出口23公里，到北京仅1个半小时车程；京通铁路和正在建设的张唐铁路经过园区，并在区内设有客货两用站；水资源充沛，滦河流经27公里，径流量19立方米/秒；浅层地下水即可实现园区近期供水，规模为10万吨/日的供水厂正在建设中；区内现有35KV、110KV、220KV变电站各一座，承德西500KV变电站和园区专用35KV变电站即将建成投入使用；天然气管道在区内建设中转站一座、门站五个；现有处理能力为2万吨/日的污水处理厂一座，并可提供中水回用，规划建设处理能力为16万吨/日的第二污水处理厂1座，一期6万吨/日工程已开工建设。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
