West China team is a newly formed regional team covering Austrade posts in Chengdu, Kunming and Wuhan, and the provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Hubei and Chongqing Municipality.The team s main goal is to implement Austrade s West China Initiative - a plan to raise the profile and level of activity of Australian business.This will be achieved by working closely with Australia s new Consulate-General in Chengdu and Austrade s China industry teams, local authorities and regional trade, educational and investment interests.
